Our committee members, from Peninsula wide, are well qualified and experienced in the area of community and government affairs. This dedicated committee meets on a regular basis to discuss current issues that impact upon the people who live, work and visit the Mornington Peninsula.

Hugh Fraser
Chair

Hugh Fraser is a former Mornington Peninsula Shire councillor 2012-2021, MPS Audit and Risk Committee 2012; Barrister, elected by the Victorian Bar to Legal Services Board 2007-2011, member Finance and Investment Committee; represented the Shire at 2015 Paris UN Climate Change Conference COP21 and the Australian Council of Capital City Lord Mayors and LGMA Constituency at 2019 Madrid COP25; Council appointed delegate to Friends of Los Palos, Timor-Leste since 2016-2021, accredited election observer to 2018 Timor-Leste Parliamentary elections; and member Parks Victoria Point Nepean Advisory Group 2018-2021

Margaret Wood
Secretary        

Margaret Wood has a background in administration. A ratepayer for over 30 years, she is interested in sustainable liveability on the Peninsula.

Faye Humphris
Treasurer          

Faye has a background in travel and tourism. Prior to moving to the Peninsula permanently, Faye was involved in heritage protection campaigns in residential inner Melbourne.

Graham Pittock
Member

Graham Pittock, BScChemistry, is a former mayor and councillor on the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council. Graham has run successful businesses for over 40 years. He is a member of various community groups on the Peninsula, including Friends of Los Palos where he actively supports projects for the people of Timor Leste.

Prue Pittock
Member

Prue Pittock has lived and worked on the Mornington Peninsula for 40 years. She is an artist and illustrator of children’s books. She also has a keen interest in the arts and the environment.
